    Have you completed our rental agreement via DocuSign before? *




    All equipment rentals require a Certificate of Insurance with "Rented Equipment Coverage" for the replacement value of the equipment. We can not rent equipment to anyone who does not have a COI.

    Below, please identify the pick-up date, shoot start date, shoot end date and return date for scheduling purposes.
    Pick-ups/Drop-Offs outside of normal business hours or on the weekends can be accommodated for an additional fee.
