In support of the film industry is a newly renovated multi-use film studio consisting of a 18,000+ SF, 36’ high ceiling/clear span warehouse with 6000 SF of fully furnished, air-conditioned offices. It is surrounded by 150,000+ SF (3 acres) of fenced lots which are ideal for temporary basecamps, equipment staging, and secure parking for crew, production trucks, and trailers.
